Welcome to Stable Vision Agency! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and content. By working with us, you agree to these Terms—so please take a moment to review them. If you have any questions, we’re just a message away.

1. Scope of Services

Stable Vision Agency provides branding, digital marketing, website design, social media management, consulting, and related creative services. The exact scope of work will be outlined in individual client agreements, proposals, or retainers.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice.

• Projects under $1,000 require full payment upfront. Larger projects may follow a 50/50 or milestone-based payment structure.

• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee every 14 days past due.

• All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments via credit or debit card.

3. Revisions & Approvals

• Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions will be billed at our hourly rate of $75.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables within [5–7] business days. If feedback is not received, we’ll assume approval and proceed accordingly.

4. Communication & Availability

• Stable Vision Agency operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

• We communicate via email and scheduled calls. Slack, Trello, or other platforms may be used with retainer clients.

• Please allow up to 1–2 business days for non-urgent replies unless you are a 5* Clients who will receive a response within 24 hrs unless otherwise communicated.

5. Turnaround Times

• Turnaround times vary based on the service and will be communicated clearly in your proposal or onboarding documents.

• Delays in client communication, feedback, or asset delivery may impact project timelines.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own the final, approved deliverables.

• Stable Vision Agency retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio, website, and social channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Unused concepts or drafts remain the property of Stable Vision Agency.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and your brand. Any information shared with us will remain confidential and will never be sold, shared, or used outside the scope of your project.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the work completed.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

• If Stable Vision Agency must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair refund will be issued for incomplete work.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stable Vision Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—your website, branding, or marketing materials. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

If your project involves third-party services (e.g. Squarespace, Canva, Shopify, Instagram, Meta Ads), you agree to abide by those platforms’ terms. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or account suspensions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll always notify clients of major changes, but you're welcome to review them any time on our website.

12. Let’s Keep It Kind

We value kindness, clear communication, and mutual respect. Stable Vision Agency reserves the right to end a working relationship at any time if communication becomes abusive, threatening, or toxic in nature.
